Every gardener knows the look. The seedling tray on the kitchen bench comes up pale and leggy, all of it leaning hard towards the one window in the room. The potted palm in the corner thins out and stops putting on new leaves. Nothing is wrong with the soil or the watering — there simply is not enough light reaching the plant, and one bright window does not go far through a whole house.
This grow light for indoor plants fixes the light instead of moving the plant. A full spectrum LED plant grow light on a telescopic pole sits directly above the canopy, rises as the plant grows, and runs the same hours every day on its own timer. It looks like a lamp rather than a workshop fitting, so it can stand in a living room or a study without being hidden away.

Why It Stands Out
-
72 full spectrum LEDs — 34 cool white, 24 warm white, 10 red and 4 blue LEDs give indoor plants a broader spectrum than a plain white lamp.
-
Built for real houseplants — the telescopic pole handles everything from a small pot of herbs to a tall established indoor plant.
-
Four brightness levels — step from 25% to 100% as the plant grows or as you change the lamp height.
-
3, 9 or 12 hour timer — pick the daily run time once and the cycle repeats itself, so the routine holds while you are at work.
-
Ring-style light head — spreads light right around the canopy instead of aiming one hot spot at the middle.
-
Three lighting modes — the inline controller sits on the cable within reach of the pot, so the mode, the brightness and the timer are all set without bending over the plant.
-
Black or white finish — choose the one that disappears against your pots and your room.

Where to Put It
-
Tall potted plants — its best job: a plant grow light that keeps palms, peace lilies and big foliage plants lit from above once they outgrow a small desktop grow lamp.
-
Indoor herbs — stand it over basil, parsley or mint on the bench so the cutting keeps coming through the cooler months.
-
Seedlings and propagation — give seedlings a consistent daily dose of LED grow light while they are still indoors.
-
Rooms away from the window — a living room corner or hallway spot where natural light never really arrives.
-
Bedrooms and studies — quiet rooms where the plants are decorative and the lamp has to look the part.
-
Home offices — keep the desk greenery in good condition instead of replacing it twice a year.
-
Enclosed balconies and patios — shaded alfresco corners and succulents behind glass that only get indirect light.
How It Works
1. The pole sets the height — the telescopic rod installs straight into the potting area and extends from approximately 30 cm to 160 cm, so the light stays above the canopy as the plant climbs.
2. The ring delivers the spectrum — 72 LEDs across four colours cast full spectrum light down and around the foliage.
3. The controller sets the strength — four brightness steps, 25, 50, 75 and 100 per cent, run lower when the head sits close to the leaves and higher when it is lifted away.
4. The timer keeps the rhythm — choose 3, 9 or 12 hours and the cycle repeats each day on its own.

How to Set It Up
1. Plant the rod — push the telescopic rod firmly into the potting medium or a suitable support area so it stands square.
2. Fit the ring — attach the LED ring head to the top of the rod.
3. Set the height — extend the pole until the light sits above the plant canopy.
4. Connect the power — run the supplied cable from the inline controller to a suitable power source.
5. Choose brightness and hours — select a brightness level and the 3, 9 or 12 hour timer setting.
6. Raise it as it grows — lift the head every few weeks so the gap between light and leaves stays the same.
Tip: start at a lower brightness level for the first week and watch the newest leaves — a plant used to dim light responds better to a gradual increase than to full brightness on day one.

Care and Maintenance
-
Dust the ring — wipe the light head with a dry cloth now and then, since dust dulls the output.
-
Keep the controller dry — sit the inline controller and cable clear of the pot rim before you water.
-
Check the rod — re-seat the telescopic pole if repotting or a knock leaves it leaning.
-
Coil the cable — when the lamp comes down for the warmer months, coil the cable loosely and store the rod straight.
